About ARSCCA

The Arkansas Region SCCA (a chapter of the Sports Car Club of America) organizes autocross and rally events across Arkansas. We've been running competitive grassroots motorsport in the state for decades.

What is Autocross?

Autocross is a timed motorsport competition. Drivers run a course defined by traffic cones on a parking lot, airport, or other large paved surface — one car on course at a time. Events emphasize car control and precision rather than top speed, and almost any street-legal car can compete.

Getting Started

New drivers are welcome at every event. No special license is required — just a safe car, a Snell-rated helmet (loaners usually available), and a willingness to volunteer for course work between runs. Start with Novice Advice.
