Supplemental Rules
These supplemental rules govern ARSCCA solo autocross events and build on the current SCCA Solo Regulations. They are reviewed and updated each season; check back periodically for changes.
Categories and Indexing
Drivers compete within the SCCA Solo class structure: Street, Street Touring, Classic American Muscle, Heritage Classic, Street Prepared, Street Modified, and Prepared divisions, plus the ARSCCA PAX categories overlaid on top.
Cars may be entered in an event with no more than four drivers and no more than two drivers per heat.
Driver Restrictions
- No driver may compete in more than one car at the same event.
- No driver may compete in more than one class at the same event.
- All competitors must complete their assigned work assignment or risk disqualification from the event.
Event Structure
Events will typically consist of six runs per driver; however, the number of runs may be altered due to weather, attendance, or other conditions. Registration closes one hour before the scheduled start time.
Points and Championship
Points are awarded at separate rates for PAX (indexed) standings and class standings. Regional Champions must:
- Be Arkansas Region SCCA members as of July 1.
- Compete in at least half of the season's events plus one.
- May drop their two lowest-scoring event results.
Additional Provisions
- Instructional runs require event chair approval and are limited to registered participants.
- Trophies are primarily awarded based on season championship standings, with occasional event-specific awards (such as at the Governor's Cup).
