Nick has all paperwork complete and submitted.  The board members are official for 2019.

Corey purchased helmets for Autocross and RalleyCross.  They’re to be delivered before end of February.  Discussion revolved around how to distinguish them as ARSCCA property.  Corey mentioned using a stencil to put “property of ARSCCA”, other recommendations were to see if Izabel Santos would pretty them up.  Nelson will pose the request to her and let us know what she decides.

Nick said he would check for disposable head socks that must be used in loaner helmets.

Nelson mentioned that the truck needed serviced.  He said we could see if Mike Berry would do it since it was there on his lot.

Patching the Blytheville course was discussed.  Chris mentioned that the airport was patching some spots, but not sure where.  He will give Corey contact information to find out what has been done.  Also mentioned a few people to go to Blytheville and patch where needed for ProSolo.  Shawn stated the preference would be to cut around bad spots and use muriatic acid to help the concrete bond.  Not sure if that would be an option in the time we have available.  Brandy said that most of the bad places on course are on the South side.

Nick volunteered to drive by Goodwill to see if the lot has had work.  If it looks as though it has, we will contact them again about the possibility of using the site for a charity event with hopes to have it as a secondary site for Little Rock.

Corey gave Nick an application for SCCA grant money that is available to be used for special cause.  It was mentioned that if we could get the grant, the money could be used to hire someone to fix the course at Blytheville.  Other options are for equipment replacement.

The banner for the truck was discussed.  Payment was given to pay for artist and printer.  Artist has the artwork and layout earlier suggested.

Nelson to get Mike SCCA event application to fill out and turn in.

Brady has created a Google calendar with all ARSCCA AutoCross and RallyCross events along with some of the closer ProSolo events and national events.  The link will be sent out in the February newsletter.
