CRITICAL ANNOUNCEMENT RE: LONDON TO PARIS RALLY:

• Friends of London to Paris,
  
  Regrettably we are canceling the event for this year, primarily due to my diagnosis with H1N1.

  First off I'd like to thank all of you who volunteered to assist, and to those handful who
  said they could make an alternative date. The vast majority suggested
  cancellation as they could not make an alternative. In addition the only date I could
  substitute would interfere with other nearby events.
  
  I'd also like to thank Bob Strattan for his suggestion that we run a spring L2P. I really like
  this idea and if I may quote Bob to all of you, "Dogwoods and red buds
  are as pretty as colorful leaves." I agree, and we are going to seriously explore this option.
  
  Again, thanks for everyone's understanding; my doc said Monday that this thing usually is a week
  of flu, and then another week or so of recovery.
